During this time, because of the Covid19 Pandemic, our shipping partner the U.S. Postal Service has told us that overnight and expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed.  Regular shipping delays can occur during this time.  TRU KAVA cannot guarantee shipping times on orders during this advisory by the U.S. Post Office.

For International Customers Choosing To Use UPS: Please be aware that brokerage fees can be as high as 30% of your total order when using UPS. It could be higher than that, we have no way of knowing what they will charge, and we can't give any range of what previous customers have had to pay based on order size.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed with expedited shipping before 2pm PST, will ship out in 2 business days. Orders placed after that cut-off time, will require an additional business day to ship out. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days and these will delay the processing and shipping out of your order.
