Turnaround Time for Orders
On average, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time that they are received. When items are unavailable or out of stock, shipment may be delayed until all items are in stock. A member of our customer support team will contact you if there are back orders or other delays.
Orders placed online may not be processed until the following business day, so we encourage customers to email us at email@example.com with expedited concerns.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic currently effecting most of the world, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily discontinued shipments to some countries and is experiencing extremely slow service to many other countries outside the U.S. Currently we are using the US Post Office for shipping orders within the United States and Canada.
All international orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please be advised all shipments can take longer than normal due to the pandemic crisis. Due to import restrictions in the UK and Australia we cannot ship to the UK, Australia or Sweden.
IMPORT FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Also please be aware that when we ship outside the U.S. any and all import fees assessed by those individual countries are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Those fees are not charged or covered with the shipping charges at the time of the order. Import fees will be charged to the purchaser at the time of delivery.
For International Customers Choosing To Use UPS: Please be aware that brokerage fees can be as high as 30% of your total order when using UPS. It could be higher than that, we have no way of knowing what they will charge, and we can't give any range of what previous customers have had to pay based on order size. We apologize for this inconvenience.
TRU KAVA ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. USPS does not recognized mail boxes with a UPS service, you must provide a physical address—no UPS PO boxes for USPS packages.
TRU KAVA does not guarantee same-day shipping. Unless otherwise specified, we will do our best to find the most cost-effective and appropriate shipping method for the items that you have ordered.
When selecting your shipping method at checkout, please keep in mind that the stated transit time for your order is an estimate. They do not include our turnaround times which average 3 business days or less. USPS Priority or First Class Mail transit times are not guaranteed and their processing is not expedited. Holiday and weather delays do occur, and are beyond our control. For the most updated information on transit times, please consult our web site or the site of your shipping carrier of choice.

You will receive an email payment link before next delivery and won't be charged automatically.
Only one discount or coupon per order. Coupons and discounts are good for regular priced merchandise only. Coupons and discounts cannot be combined or used with other discounts, subscriptions or bundles.
Returns & Refund Policy KAVAPLEX Products within the U.S.
This product is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure disease and has not been evaluated by the FDA. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. Ask a healthcare professional before purchase and use if you have had liver problems, frequently use alcohol or are taking any medications. All people are different and your results may vary. KAVAPLEX is a supplement intended to support your body's own resources.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Within that 30 day period only the purchase price of the item can be considered for refund. Shipping charges on the original sale are not refundable.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused, unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Consumable items cannot be returned if they are opened. Only the actual price paid for unopened items can be refunded, no shipping concessions are offered.
If you purchased your product from one of our authorized resellers, please contact this same reseller to process your return. (Please note, this warranty does not extend to purchases from unauthorized resellers).

- We are unable to accept returns for products that were delivered more than 30 days prior to return request.

If the item is in original unopened condition, it will be eligible for exchange for another item of equal or lesser value or store credit.
